Ex-pand is a representation of the combining weaving techniques where the sequence pattern and the discarded materials are the main inspiration of the piece.

Thought approach experimentation between method and material I explore and investigate the possibilities of their innate characteristics by  examining and testing them, letting the conflict between chaos and order influence the creative process.

During the exercise of this piece I prioritise the unless possibilities between warp and weft  combining the significance and relationship of both of them at the same level.

 The finished piece is determined by the shape, textures and irregularities of both procedure  and material blowing as unique identity.
